You can request a return or exchange for your online order within 14 days of delivery , provided that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tag and seal intact.
You have two options:
You can send your return using the “START A RETURN” procedure
You can personally bring your return to one of our stores, first sending your request by email to info@lazzarionline.com
NB: Exchanges are only possible if you decide to personally bring your return to one of our stores.
If you choose to return your item automatically, we will not process exchange requests. However, you can place a new order for the item you want.
🇪🇺 If you live within the European Union and would like to make a return via shipping, click the “START A RETURN” button below to receive a shipping label (flat rate: €8 for Italy, €15 for Europe).
🌍 If you live outside the European Union, please refer to the section “How can I make a return from outside the EU?” below.
To return an item, you have two options:
• Shipping – flat rate of €8 for Italy and €15 for Europe.
Click on the black “START A RETURN” button to begin the process.
• In-store drop-off – free of charge.
Send us an email at info@lazzarionline.com including:
- Order number
- Phone number
- SKU code of the item you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or a replacement
- The store where you would like to drop off the item.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm via email if the drop-off can be arranged.

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with the return address.
After your parcel is received, we’ll inspect the items and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that we may refuse returns that are late, missing information, or not returned in their original condition.
Exchanges are only possible if you choose to return your order to one of our stores . You can decide which item you want to exchange in-store.
If you choose to ship your return using the "START A RETURN" procedure, you will not be able to request an exchange but you will be able to make a new purchase for the item you wish to receive in exchange.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
You may use the original box or alternative packaging, as long as it protects the items properly during shipping.
Important: Shoe boxes are considered part of the product and must be returned undamaged. Do not use the shoe box as the outer shipping box—please place it inside another box.
Yes! You can return or exchange your online purchase in any of our stores, free of charge.
Just email us (info@lazzarionline.com) in advance to let us know which store you’ll be visiting.
Once we confirm, you can go ahead with your return or exchange.
Yes, if done in-store.
Using our shipping label:
• From Italy: flat fee €8
• From EU countries: flat fee €15
From outside the EU: shipping costs covered by the customer (you may choose your preferred courier).
When using our return label:
• From Italy: €8 flat fee
• From EU countries: €15 flat fee
From outside the EU: cost depends on the courier and method you choose.
Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 business days from the day we receive them at our warehouse or store.
We reserve the right to refuse returns:
• communicated or sent more than 14 days after delivery of the order
• containing items not in their original condition
• without tag and intact seal
No, for fiscal reasons, we can only accept returns shipped from the same country where the order was delivered.
We’ll check the condition of the items within 5 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse. Once approved, your refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your order. If you paid cash on delivery, we’ll ask for your bank details to issue a bank transfer.
No, returns and exchanges are only available for online purchases. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to online orders, where it’s not possible to try items before buying.
