Silk top with covered buttons

100% silk, 100% spring. This top features a placket with covered buttons – a precious detail that is sadly disappearing! – and small ruffles on the collar and sleeves. Suitable for both the office and everyday wear, it is available in two floral variants, on a blue or orange background.
